How long does a First Aid certificate last?

However, the CPR component should be refreshed every 12 months to ensure your skills remain current and in line with industry recommendations.This means if you complete a full First Aid course, such as HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, your First Aid qualification may remain current for 3 years, but you should complete HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation every year.Some workplaces, industries, or licensing bodies may require you to renew your training more often, so it is always best to check your workplace or industry requirements.
